Image Submission

  • 300 PPI is the suggested minimum resolution for your own images. Anything less than this could result in a loss of image quality.  Your file will be printed as it is received regarding PPI. If you upload a 72 PPI image we will print it and you will not be refunded.
  • We do not offer reprints due to incorrectly sized or colored images.
  • We will NOT print graphics that include licensed characters, team logos or any trademarked or copyrighted images. This includes Disney, DreamWorks, Pixar, Marvel, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL or college teams. 
  • If you hold a current license to a copyrighted or trademarked image you can submit a copy of license with your order and we will print your DTF.  This is the only way we will print those images.
  • We run several commercial DTF printers and as such by submitting your order with us you expressly understand that there may be slight differences in color from one printer to the next.  While all printers are calibrated each day we will not be held liable for these subtle differences.
  • Due to individual monitor calibration the color you see represented on your screen may differ than what is printed.


Printing Times

  • DTF orders are queued in the order they are received. 
    • One day print does not mean same day print. One day print is 24 hours from order and payment.
    • Printing is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis, so place your orders early to ensure you receive them ASAP. Our goal is to have all prints out in under 3 days.

    Shipping Information

    • Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. By placing an order with us you expressly understand that shipping carriers experience delays beyond our control. We cannot replace an order or refund shipping fees due to delays once an order is in the carrier's possession. If a carrier experiences mass carrier delays, we will convey the information we receive via social media.
    • Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled for any reason. If you have any questions about product returns, discrepancies, back-ordered items, or anything else, please contact us via our online contact form.
    • We do offer 1 day overnight shipping. Please contact us for pricing.
