Ruby Rave FAQ



Ruby Rave LLC, is a family owned and operated clothing retailer founded in 2021, in Phoenix, AZ. Hand drawn dark themed or mental health related graphics and dark colors are our thing and something you will find in every collection, dating back to the beginning.

The main statement for Ruby Rave has always been “stay spooky” from day one. We believe you can express your dark side, unapologetically and love yourself for who you are every day of the year. What some may consider to be flaws we consider your best attributes.

We strive to create a label for expression, a place for anyone and everyone to find something that says “this is what I’m feeling right now”. Clothes can be art and can speak for us even if we aren't comfortable to speak out for ourselves, we hope our designs speak to you :)


  • All of tee's, crewnecks and hoodies are UNISEX fit and fit true to size.
  • We love the over sized look and if you do too we recommend sizing up at least 1 full size or more. We don't judge. Our owner sometimes wears a 5X to get that really over sized look on crewnecks!
  • For specialty garments like sweat pants or crops please refer to sizing chart on the product as we do buy what we feel is the best product available at the time and it can vary.
  • Our graphic products are 100% printed in the USA, using environmentally friendly inks.
  • All tie-dye garments are handmade goods are made to order in the USA by a hand selected woman owned small business and as such may take a few extra days to be delivered to you. No two tie-dye garment will look the same but we always try to keep them very similar to what is pictured.
  • Accessories origins may vary although we try to source USA made and sustainable products when at all possible. This is important to us.


  • Orders may not be canceled unless the product ordered has sold out. At this time we are not able to alter sizes or make changes to orders after they have been placed. Please refer to our returns/exchanges page for more information.
  • If you notice your shipping details are not correct after checking out please reach out to us ASAP. While we will make every effort to catch this and update your details before shipment we can not guarantee any requested change.
  • If your order has already shipped please reach out to USPS directly to attempt to update your address directly via email at
  • Orders with insufficient addresses will not be re-shipped until received back to our warehouse and the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fee's.


Electronic Gift cards are sent to the original purchaser via email. Electronic gift cards are sent within an hour of being ordered. You will receive an email confirmation with the order details before your unique card code is sent.


  • Gift cards can be exclusively used on as full or partial payment. Use your unique code by entering it In the “discount” section at checkout.
  • Gift Cards do not expire.
  • Gift Card purchases can not be refunded.


In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the product ordered and it arrives damaged we will replace the item ASAP. Please contact with details of the error along with your order number and a photo of the product.

Did you receive something other than what you ordered? We will happily re-send the correct item, please provide your order number, email and a photo of the item you received to You may be asked to return the item, if this is the case you will be issued return postage.


After your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information and you can track your package from our website here or directly from the carrier website.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses or at different times, don't worry we didn’t forget your items! You will get tracking as each shipment is prepared and leaves our facilities.

All orders are shipped via the method you selected at checkout. After tracking is available please reach out to the carrier directly with any questions regarding of your package.

Ruby Rave is not responsible for packages not received due to incorrect or insufficient address. Any item received back at our warehouse due to these terms will be issued invoice to complete re-shipment once it is processed and correct address has been confirmed. Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time after package is showing "delivered/return to sender"

After product is showing "delivered" status we are not responsible for loss or theft due to package being shipped to an insecure location. If your product is showing as delivered but you have yet to receive it we recommend first checking with family who may have received the package in lieu of you then filing a claim with the carrier if you have failed to receive after 1 day of showing delivered.


At this time we are unable to ship outside of the United States but are working hard to offer international shipping soon!  Sign up for our email updates to be the first to know when we come to your country!


We occasionally have merchandise for sale that that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size.

We'll ship it to you when supplies are replenished.


  • To get the longest wear out of your garments with graphics please wash in cold water inside out on gentle and lay flat to dry. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY!  
  • Tie-dye garments are custom made to order!  Please refer to individual product page for estimated time of delivery.
  • Due to the unique hand tie-dye washes our partner utilizes there may be slight differences in washes from garment to garment.
  • We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on our website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor and other settings outside of our control, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any color.
