We ship USPS and UPS. Tracking is always provided by email, once item has shipped. If you do not receive your item within 5-7 days of shipping notification and your tracking has not updated; please reach out to the appropriate carrier for further status updates. Ruby Rave is not responsible for packages not received due to an incorrect or insufficient address. Any item received back to our warehouse due to an incorrect address will be issued an invoice to complete reshipment once it is processed and the correct address has been confirmed. Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time after the package is showing delivered and returned to sender.
After the your product is showing a delivered status we are not responsible for loss or theft due to the package being shipped to insecure location. Please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do require photos of any damage in order to replace or refund your items.
